The Malabar region of South India has an intimate & powerful connection with Arab culture and people for centuries. It has established this warm connection through Indo Arab travellers, traders, scholars, and employers. United Arab Emirates is a country with diverse, tolerant and noble culture, empowered by a unique economy. The formation of UAE was dream come true for His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
It was around this time that, three friends Mr.Hameed Narikkolil, Mr. T.T. K Ahammed and T.T. K Kadar Sahib put their feet on this ground. They had reached here from the historical and hospitable city of Malabar, Calicut. It was a result of their efforts that lead to the foundation of Seashell Group.
In 1984, Seashell started a small restaurant with 20 seats at Al Bateen in Abu Dhabi. By providing a clean, quality, healthy and delicious meal, with love and devotion, we were able to become the favoured restaurant of the Arabians and foreigners.
Now, Seashell group proudly owns over 60 restaurants that collectively employs more than 900 people and caters to over eight hundred thousand satisfied customers every month. Our focus has always been on quality, unparalleled product innovation, value for money and exceptional service. These uncompromising values have helped us in becoming one of the largest restaurant chains in U.A.E. Our strong roots in UAE have urged us to further our presence in GCC and Indian cities. And this drive enabled us to diversify our business into Residency, Minimart & Food stuff Trading, Plastic Products Trading, Real Estate and Bakery, in the year 2010.
